Guarantee terms

  1. Who gives the guarantee

    Kwefi Ecom LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #18399, Casper, WY 82609, USA (the guarantor). All company details are also in our Legal notice.

  2. What the guarantee covers

    All Sleekly products you bought from our online store: Nail Polish Pens, Nail Polish Remover, Base Coat, Top Coat and Nail & Cuticle Oil. On their own or in a set, even if opened and used.

  3. What we promise

    If, in your view, the products don’t do what our product page describes, we refund the full purchase price of those products. With Buy 5 Get 5 Free, we refund the full price you paid for the whole offer; a single pen counts as one tenth of that price, rounded down to the cent. The 3 free gifts count as $0, and you keep them. We don’t refund shipping costs. You don’t have to prove a defect.

  4. How long

    60 days from the day your order is delivered.

    For orders with a delivery address in Germany or the United States.

  6. How to claim

    Write to us within the 60 days at info@sleekly.shop or through our contact form. Give us your order number and tell us briefly what didn’t work for you. That’s all we need. You don’t have to send anything back.

  7. The refund

    We confirm your request within 2 business days and refund the amount to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of our confirmation. Using the guarantee costs you nothing.

  8. Once per person

    The guarantee can be used once per person and per delivery address.

  9. Your statutory rights

    This guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights. If a product is defective, you have the statutory warranty rights against us as the seller. You can use these rights free of charge, and this guarantee doesn’t limit them. The same goes for your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
