Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of your statement of withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the extra costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day on which you, or a person you named (not the delivery company), received the goods. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the period ends.

When you do, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw from the contract, and it is best to give your name and your order number.

Return and refund

Send the goods back to Kwefi Ecom LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #18399, Casper, WY 82609, USA no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning them.

We refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days after your withdrawal reaches us. The money goes back to the same payment method you paid with, and we don’t charge you any fees for this. We may hold back the refund until the goods are back with us or you have shown that you sent them back.

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if it is due to handling them in a way other than what was needed to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we give you a voluntary guarantee on all Sleekly products that you bought in our online store: Nail Polish Pens, Nail Polish Remover, Base Coat, Top Coat and Nail & Cuticle Oil. On their own or in a set, even opened and used. If, in your view, these products don’t do what our product page describes, we refund you the full purchase price of these products. For sets, we refund the price you actually paid. The set discount is split evenly across the pens. We don’t refund shipping costs in this case. You don’t have to prove a defect to us.

  • The guarantee applies for 60 days from the day your delivery arrived, for orders with a delivery address in Germany or the United States.
  • Write to us within the 60 days at info@sleekly.shop or through our contact form. Give your order number and tell us briefly what didn’t work for you. You don’t have to send anything back.
  • We confirm your request within 2 business days and refund the amount within 14 days after the confirmation, to the payment method you paid with. Using the guarantee costs you nothing.
  • The guarantee applies once per person and delivery address.

Your statutory rights

The right of withdrawal and the guarantee apply independently of each other. If there are defects, you have the statutory warranty rights against us as the seller. You can assert them free of charge, and the guarantee does not limit them.
